This Australian Client has moved to France to start a Bed and Breakfast and Gîte business, specialising in tours and sight-seeing. Eventually the project will comprise of three gîtes and four en-suite rooms for rental.
The first part of the project was to gain planning permission for an outbuilding to be changed into two gîtes. A couple of on-site discussions were held with the Maire to authorise a new access and bring attention to a communal ditch which was undermining the corner of the building.
A Déclaration préalable was submitted to authorise the replacement of the roof, and a Permis de Construire was submitted for the new gîtes.
